Address:

Augusto C. Sandino International Airport is the main airport in Managua, Nicaragua. The Airport is 12.4km approximately from ‘Managua Hills Bed and Breakfast’ and it takes about 20-35 minutes.

- Rent-a-car and budget rent a car:
Some companies have offices at the International Airport.

- By bus:
There are direct bus routes from all major cities stopping at various points.

Buses from Masaya, Granada, San Marcos and some from Jinotepe come in through the south-eastern ‘Carretera Masaya’ entrance and pass by the ‘Centroamerica rotonda’ before going to either Huembes or UCA.

Note that buses from Jinotepe also come in through ‘Carretera Sur’ (South Road) stopping by 7 Sur, a hub to go to via ‘Carretera Nueva’, ‘Vieja Leon’ and ‘Carretera Sur’.
To go to the mountains in the north, buses leave from El Mayoreo.

By taxi:
It is important that you remember that in Managua most addresses are given based on landmarks and with the directions al ‘Lago – Norte’ (North Lake), towards the lake, ‘arriba/abajo’ (east/west) and ‘al sur’ (to the South).

How to get here:
From the Airport, take Carretera Norte (North Road) towards the city until you get to the intersection with Portezuelo and carry on until the intersection with Carretera Masaya (Masaya Road) in which you find the level crossing (grade crossing) Centro America.

Take Carretera de Masaya and at KM 8 you will find ‘Primera Entrada a Las Colinas’. From there, our place is only two squares/apples to the East and two squares/apples to the South.

Note:
If you go to Masaya from Managua, you will be able to identify ‘Primera entrada a Las Colinas’ because of the two petrol stations (Esso y Texaco). There is a traffic light that allows you to turn left and enter to Las Colinas. While you go on the first twos squares to the East (entering Las Colinas from Masaya Road) you will find a Laser depilation clinic. On that corner, turn right (South) and go on for another two squares. There, there will be a sign (picture number one)
