Disliked: Lots of families like a Butlins resort and the internet was outrageously priced.

Liked: Very helpful staff Free dinner every night (makes such a huge difference to your budget when you dont have to buy dinner!), Really clean, Good social areas, Great bar, Location is great coz it's out of the city so you get a good night''s sleep but only 5 minutes to walk to the central city.

Disliked: I always like a free breakfast but I guess the free dinner makes up for that!

Liked: I liked the central location and the free snack/meal.

Disliked: The beds were so squeaky that when someone turned in their sleep, everyone in the room would wake up. Never had such noisy, unstable beds. There was also only a small window in the 10-bed dorm so it became really warm and smelly overnight.

Liked: Safe and secure

Disliked: As usual this Nomads was like staying in a night club. The music went on until the early hours which left the door in our room vibrating to the bass and nearly wobbled me off the bunk. This is the 2nd Nomads I have stayed in and it is the 2nd time I have experienced what it is like to try and sleep inside a nightclub. I'm sure this would suit some travellers who want to fall into the room drunk at the early hours but would definately NOT recommend to anyone who actually wants to sleep after a hard day.

Disliked: Staff aren't very useful. Very small kitchen. Lots of drunken teenagers.

Liked: I really liked the central location of the Backpackers, as well as the amazing friendliness of the staff in general! The Blend Bar also had great deals for people staying at the Backpackers and provided a awesome partnership with the Backpackers!

Disliked: Some of the bedding was not the cleanest I have seen, compared to some Backpackers.

Disliked: Booking I had made during checking in for following night was not confirmed next morning so had to find other accommodation. This happened to a few others at the same time.

Liked: Great place to stay in. Very modern and clean and perfectly located in the center of Wellington with quick access to all major attractions and facilities.

Disliked: Haven't seen lots of common activities in the hostel to bring people together, e.g. public poker night or pub brawl.

Liked: very busy, good to meet people

Disliked: Beds were horribly squeeky and uncomfortable, noisy during nights as this is a real party hostel, facilities were not the cleanest either. All in all not worth my 55 $ I had to pay for a 6 bed dorm.

Liked: Reasonably quiet as i assumed it would be crazy loud with parties going on. free dinner every night at the bar next door, and drinks are also cheaper for hostel stayers.

Liked: Good location close to Cuba street and the museum etc. Good value when booking online. Free meal is small but its free. Decent enough kitchen but no oven. Nice bar area. Friendly staff. Small lockers in rooms only big enough for valuables but thats ok.

Disliked: No towels provided.
