Base Wanaka has arrived! Following the Base tradition - this is a one stop hostel in the center of beautiful Wanaka, only minutes walk to the lake front with what can only be related to as the most beautiful lake and mountain mista views in the world.

10 Night Base Jumping New Zealand – NZ$239

This is a 10-night flexible accommodation package with the opportunity to stay at any BASE Hostel in New Zealand. This includes Auckland, Paihia-Bay Of Islands, Rotorua, Taupo, Wellington, Queenstown, Wanaka and at our new affiliate On Top Backpackers Dunedin.

The Fine Print. Our Terms.
The pass allows you to stay for a maximum 3 nights in each hostel. Consecutive stays of 4 or more nights are not permitted. BASE Jumping vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of first use and nights at any of the above properties are subject to availability at the booking time. Supplement might apply during events.
The Base Jumping NZ can be used in Australia with a supplement of AU$5 per night to be paid on the spot.

The Base Jumping passes are NOT valid during the whole Rugby World Cup period (9th Sept – 23rd Oct 2011). Please book one person per package.

The Base Jumping is not sharable, transferable, or refundable once the first night has been redeemed.

Our non-smoking rooms have all the essentials including an under bed luggage security locker per person, wireless internet access (surcharge applies), security swipe card access, heating and hotel quality linen. The rate is based on 1 person in a single bunk bed, within the multi-share dorm. What are you waiting for?

Sanctuary rooms:
Our Female only SANCTUARY DORM is exclusive to BASE for ladies who like a little bit of luxury! This 4-6 bed dorm is not only a clean, modern and comfortable non smoking room comprising of a luggage security locker for each person, private en- suite bathroom with toilet and shower in the room, wireless internet access (surcharge applies), security swipe card access, central heating. Bed has feather pillows and duvet and made up with hotel quality linen. Hair dryer's and beauty kits available for your use from Reception! Rate is based on 1 person in a single bunk bed within the sanctuary dorm.

Ensuite rooms:
Looking for great food, great service & luxury in hostel accommodation, then look no further then BASE Wanaka. For those of you looking for a few home comforts and privacy then our double/twin ensuite room is what you're looking for. Great views, with modern facilities – It's brand new! Enjoy our non-smoking rooms that have all the essentials from a Super King size bed, personal TV, private en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower in the room, wireless internet access (surcharge applies), security swipe card access, heating and hotel quality linen. Rate is for 2 guests. Maximum occupancy 2 guests.
