I thought this place was amazing. There's so much to do I wish I'd stayed longer. It was pretty clean and very spacious. The staff were really cool too. Saved me about $100 on the tours I wanted to do.

A 17 metre indoor rock climbing wall, two-screen art house cinema, small bar & cafe with great bar specials, free table soccer & pool table, free guest gym, free DVD rental, free XBox 360 gaming, free lockers and padlocks for every dorm bed and so much more!
We have negotiated exclusive (that’s Crank guests only) discounts with local tour operators for fantastic activities such as skydiving, white-water rafting, Maori villages, thermal parks and spa treatments, the list goes on and on... basically, we can organize (and usually discount!) everything you want to do in and around Rotorua!
