Liked: Smaller hostel which i prefer to big busy one's, as their's never any peice and quiet. Free shower towel for use Keycrd entry to room which is alway's vthe best for security Very big kitchen, lot's of space and stuff to use without charge.

Disliked: No TV. For paying the extra money that you do for a private room rather than a dorm, a tv should be standard. Not satelite or anything, just standard channels, even if it's just 1 channel! Wall's are incredibly thin, so you can hear absolutely everything what someone else is either doing or saying at the other end of the corridor!! Spent a few sleepless night's due to hearing people talk all night. Not their fault just the thin wall's cannot mask a normal sound level of conversation. Very dissapointing for a place not long been refurbished apparently!! Not very private at all.....for anyone!! Especially myself who paid for a PRIVATE room

Liked: friendly reception staff, clean kitchen and bathrooms

Disliked: quite busy and a bit impersonal but had everything you could ask for in facilities

Liked: Well placed in town, modern facilities, good interaction between staff and activities on display (namely rafting).

Disliked: Perhaps a little too big for a hostel, which made the atmosphere less familiar.

Liked: Nice staff, good suggestions on where to go. Plenty of parking. Good bathrooms and showers

Disliked: vending machines didn't work, office closed at 9 or 10pm i think. Room lights where poor. Didn't know where stuff in town was (McDonald's)

Liked: Very modern and clean with good kitchen facilities. Ideal location and free parking.

Disliked: Communal areas weren't great considering the size of the hostel and number of guests.

Liked: Cheap, Staff are really good, quick internet, 5min walk to town, 10mins to a shop, easy to walk to i-site, one way down the street.

Disliked: thin walls, thats a property of all hostels though so can't complain. Although i do wish they'd introduce double glazing and sound proofinsulation to all hostels globally :-p

Liked: Very clean and professional. The private rooms were simple but the bed was comfortable and there was a large window. Fresh towels and clean sheets provided. Bathrooms were new and there were plenty of toilets and showers for all.Security was better than any other hostel I've visited.

Disliked: The building is new but has no charm whatsoever. The whole place was very slick, modern, and kind of tasteless. I felt like I was in a new dorm at a big state university. The overall character was very corporate and impersonal.

Liked: Clean and organized.

Disliked: Flies and birds flying around the kitchen/dining area. Screens on windows and closing the doors to the deck would help.

Liked: Good central location and right accross the road from a Thermal park

Disliked: We were probably unlucky in that there was a bad smell in our room that we could not pinpoint which did rather spoil our stay which was only 1 night luckily. The room was clean and comfortable though and generally the standard was good.

Liked: Big kitchen, very secure with chipcards & nice staff.

Disliked: it's clairaudient, you can hear people talk in other rooms and doors are very loud. didn't sleep very well

Liked: big kitchen wifi access on a paid card cheap phone calls card 6 computers all fast and cheaply priced internet access clean room

Disliked: could have done with a lamp in the room or a dimmer switch on the light or a switch by the bed to turn off the light
