the lady behind the counter was very helpful and it was in a good location. Managed to get a good price on a private room which was great.

Eveything is great, it is a great location, next to the bus stop and very are very good parking if you travel by car. The staff is very friendly and it is very clean. We had a double room and it was just perfect. And above all for the price!! It is a real bargain. Would defenitly go back to this hostel.

No complaints about staying here. Staff is helpful and honored the rate online even though I did not have a printed confirmation handy. Location is in middle of town so not much going on around there.

best location in town because it is close to stores, museum, shopping malls, close to the lake, restaurants & close to the airport.

Clean , rooms neat and clean , opposite intercity station but internet access cost $6 per hour , should consider lower fee for internet. Kitchen well kept and clean.
