Liked: Nice rooms, clean facilities, large kitchen, nice extras (sauna, etc). No complaints here!

Disliked: A little pricy, but as is for NZ.

Liked: Good kitchen, tv room, sauna etc.. Bunk beds were very new, not creaky and comfortable. The reading lights for each bed are a great idea!

Disliked: Bit of a party place. The no drinking after 9pm is enforced, but if you don't go out, expect to be woken up as everyone comes back.

Liked: Everything, great location, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and overall a great atmosphere plus free breakfast and dinner is a nice little extra.

Liked: The location is great. The building itself looks really new and the (female) dorm I stayed in was pretty big, at least there was more than enough space for all our bags. The beds are also quite good. I also really liked the free breakfast and dinner.

Disliked: Mostly that is was really noisy. All the surrounding cafés play really loud music almost all night long. This is not nomads fault, but even with the balcony door shut the music was still really loud (but at the reception you can get free earplugs). The ensuite bathroom wasn't that clean, but I've seen worse. The kitchen is too small for the amount of people staying there.

Liked: Location couldn't be much better. Center of town surrounded by restaurants and pubs. Beach within sight of the front door. Nightly free meals, including BBQ on the beach. Internet decent, but expensive (though expense is normal for NZ)

Disliked: Were not informed that Christmas Day much would be closed in town including additional alcohol sales restrictions.

Liked: It was a great place to stay with brilliant staff members. Definetly value for money, i mean where else can u get a sauna for 18AUD a night :)

Disliked: A couple of things got stolen from the fridge, even though they were tagged, for the rest no biggie

Liked: Everything about the hostel was how hostels worldwide should aim to be- clean, fun, affordable, with awesome staff and a great understanding of backpacking needs. Free food every night is a bonus, and a central location close to everything (although it's hard not to be in Queenstown!) makes for the best hostel I've stayed at in 6 months travelling SE Asia and Australia.

Disliked: Honestly? Nothing. I can't find a single thing to fault with the place.

Liked: good atmosphere, staff were great and organise a good bar crawl!

Disliked: the free meals were no good for vegetarians and was a first come first serve so you would que and wouldn't get anything

Liked: brilliant atmosphere always something going on. clean rooms and bathrooms. free meals and breakfast!

Disliked: staff on arrival tried to overcharge us make sure if you've booked on the internet you know exactly how much you owe.

Liked: we had a private room which was nicer that most hotels we've stayed in. Loved the sauna and free evening meal. Got discounts and free drinks in local bars and freebies in Devil burger. Started out at Base round the corner but moved as didn't like it so glad we did.

Liked: The rooms are your standard backpacker rooms, but clean, tidy and lockers for valuables, nothing to complain about!

Disliked: Found most of the staff really nice and helpful but a few were a bit rude and thought they were above the rest of the people in the hostel because they worked there.

Liked: Overall, the room was a much better value than other private rooms in hostels. It was ensuite and felt like a nice hotel.

Liked: It is very clean and my room was very nice. Facilities were excellent overall.

Disliked: It suites the Queenstown atmosphere, but it does have a more corporate feel than most hostels that I have stayed in.

Liked: Perfectly located directly in the center, absolutely clean and everthing brand new, feels more like a hotel but with prices like a hostel! Just wow - best hostel we stayed in New Zealand.

Disliked: Parking in front of the hostel is just free from 6pm till 8am.

Liked: Pretty much everything. Its a hostel with hotel standards and has everything that you could want and more. I would definitley recommend this place to anyone coming to Queenstown.

Disliked: Only thing I could say here is that the internet isnt cheap but then again the internet is cheap anywhere in New Zealand.
