 View, friendliness and character

Room was very spacious, you can book any activity through the hostel and receive a $2 discount on everthing you book.

The hostel has great views across the lake and mountains and is only a short walk to centre of town!

The staff made this hostel going out of their way to help you enjoy Queenstown. There was also a great view of the town, however this ment that you were futher away form the town center.

We had an awesome view from both our room and the kitchen/living area. very friendly staff and brilliant hostel. only negative was the STEEP hill from town to the hostel!

Staff very friendly and helpful, nice relaxing lounge/kitchen areas which are in each block so don't get over-crowded.

The people I met were great. The hostel had a great atmosphere with a friendly staff and good facilities, It is not a party atmosphere but rather a comfortable place to hang out with new acquaintances. I would strongly recommend it to others.

Amazingly helpful staff on reception, gorgeous hostel cat greeting us, stunning views overlooking Queenstown, the mountains and lake, clean, great facilities. Really enjoyed our stay, would go back in a flash + will recommend it to friends!! :-)

Robin the manager was a great source of local information, helped us with jobs, bank accounts and was a great guy to have around.
The kitchen was clean and well equipped, would highly recommend this hostel to anyone going to Queenstown.
