 Free chocolate pudding is awesome! Really warm and friendly hostel, good mix of people pf all ages and nationalities; free pick-up/drop-off at ferry; helpful staff; great room. Best hostel I've stayed in lately.

great attitude - lots of fun - something different every night on the week (eg. the local beer tasting) during winter makes Sequoia a cut above the rest.
so good having the television in a separate room - shame other hostels don't take the same lead

Very hospitable, very friendly, great atmosphere. Great winter extras thrown in! The pumpkin soup, hot chocolate, ice cream were all a nice touch.

This is possibly the nicest, homliest, friendliest hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so kind and welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxed and the whole place was just pure comfort - an oasis for the weary traveller!
