The Customhouse which is located in the heart of Nelson offers more than just a roof over your head, keeping intact its old world charm amidst the hustle and bustle of modern New Zealand.
The Customhouse is for the discerning travelers who are seeking comfort and chic on a budget. Cozy, intimate and friendly, The Customhouse has recently been refurbished into a retro contemporary style with comfortable rooms, great facilities and amenities.
We offer a chance to experience the real New Zealand at it’s finest. Surrounded by waterfront cafes and restaurants, 15 minutes walk from the city centre and near the main pick up and drop off points for many chosen activities including the Able Tasman National Park.
We also offer a bar on site, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, as well as all the activities and sights the Nelson/Tasman area has to offer.
