We have 24 hour staff to allow for early check-outs or late check-ins.
LivingSpace is equipped with an exceptional security system including several cameras and swipe card access to the front door after hours. Your swipe card will give you access to every internal door, right down to your bedroom.

The entire building and every room is centrally heated with adjustable heaters in every room.
We have secure internal parking available upon request for $3.50 per day.

We have full charge back facilities with several local restaurants and cafes to give you a convenient choice for where you eat.
