Liked: Double room with toilet and shower very cleaned. Staff friendly 15 minutes walks to city centre

Liked: I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place - staff were laidback and easy to talk with. Staff were very helpful in helping patrons getting things organised. Lounge area large and very relaxed.

Disliked: Rooms were tiny. Just a bed and space for your suitcase. That said, the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is small with a very awkward "dining" area.

Liked: The rooms were very "micro", but the very friendly and helpful staff and the great atmosphere makes up for that 10 times.Close to downtown hamilton,shops just over the street it is worth its money for sure.

Liked: The single rooms did have TVs which was nice. It was good to catch up on the news and have a little place to myself for a bit. And there are heaters that work in the rooms so that was also nice to wake up warm and not freezing.
