Set above the city, and close to the tranquility of Dunedin’s green belt, Lyndale House offers its guests private boutique accommodation. Lyndale House is a classic 1900s villa located five minutes’ walk from the city centre and on a bus route. From the guest lounge view the harbor and St Clair.

Our guest lounge is a relaxing space where you can meet other travelers, enjoy a drink from our range of teas and coffee and help yourself to books, magazines or the daily newspaper. It also includes free internet access.

A complimentary continental breakfast is served between 8.00am and 10.00am (other times by arrangement).

Late checkout 11.00am.

Accommodation Information

Spring is our newly refurbished deluxe double this includes a queen bed, ensuite, large LCD television complete with wall mounted DVD/CD player - you can even plug in your USB to preview/edit photos.

Summer is a double room (queen bed) with shared facilities, whilst Autumn is a single room but can be a snug double (upon request).

All rooms include:

• Luxury linen, towels and electric blankets

• Armchairs to relax in
