We are a 1900's two-storied building with a lovely outlook only two minutes walk to the Square and Christchurch's inner city restaurants, bars and shopping. Located opposite the Arts Centre and only 100 metres from the Botanic Gardens, Hagley Park, Museum and the new Art Gallery.

The building was fully renovated only four years ago, and is fully sprinkled and sparkling clean. We have a huge guest kitchen, lounge with internet and pool table and an outdoor BBQ area. Limited parking available.

We offer a bed for every budget, on the "right side" of town.

We have a 4.5 star qualmark rating.
