We welcome you to visit our quiet, modern and new luxurious accommodation in Christchurch. We provide executive accommodation for solo, couples, corporates and family group travelers for a relaxing night's stay.

The Bealey Avenue Motel was built in 2006 so we have up to date ammenities. We keep the rooms extremely clean and ensure everything is working as it should be.

We offer affordable tariffs from $95 to $210. All rooms come with either King, Super King or Queen size beds and we have Free High speed internet available for all guests.

Location Information

We are located on Bealey avenue just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Cathedral square.

From the Motel it is an easy walk to the Square, Hospital, Convention Centre, Town Hall etc. Close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet.
