It's proximity to the city centre.

Place was real homely.Underfloor heating was great.Very clean.Good location if you dont mind walking 15min into the city.The guy who owns the place was lovely,he let me leave my backpack there for a few days while I went away for the weekend.Will stay their again definatly.

Very friendly wners-gave us a life into the centre to get the 'KiwiExperience' bus, nice homely feel to the hostel and a short walk intot he centre (without a heavy backpack!). Would definately reccomend.

The guy in charge - Graham, is the most friendly and helpful person i've met in a hostel so far (been travelling for the last 6 months)! Everything was clean and comfy, a home from home!

Hostel was clean, you have all things you need inside like phone, internet and kitchen, big supermarket is just one block away. Owner is funny and helpful. We had nice time there. Its true written, that its 15 min walk to cathedral square, so that is not very good, thou price is cheaper, than central hostels.
