Liked: It is by far the cleanest hostel I have stayed in yet. Also, when things went a bit wrong for me, the staff bent over backwards to help me out.

Liked: Loved it all, we have travelled around the world for 7 months now and this has been the best hostel we have stayed in.The staff are lovely and friendly and the place is kept immaculate by their brill cleaners who work damn hard to keep it that way. Absolutely brill stay at sucha unique and brillianly themed hostel.

Liked: Doesnt get much better in Chch. Bit of a walk to get there (but on bus route), but nice walk thru parks. Jail atmosphere good. Secure. Clean. Away from CBD hustle and bustle and parking available.

Liked: Clean rooms,airy and spacious layout and the ambience of the former jail had been kept.this was my second visit because i believe it to be excellent value for money

Liked: An immaculately clean and quiet hostel with all ages of inmate. Staff very helpful, nice sitting areas and a great experience- a 15 min walk to town but you'd be daft to miss an opportunity to stay here! MAG
