Liked: The location is good, the staff are nice, the beds are comfortable, the common room is good (pool table and large TV).

Disliked: Only has 2 showers and 2 toilets per floor, but in the 2 days I was there there was always one available. Internet was a bit pricey too.

Liked: Good location, clean but basic hostel.

Disliked: Noise from the street in the night.

Liked: This was a really clean and new hostel. staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: kitchen was a bit on the small size for a large hostel.

Liked: The location isn´t bad, there are nice places to shop and eat in the area (esp.asian food and things).

Disliked: There is lack of WC and shower facilities (sorry but 2 showers and toilets for I dontevenknowhowmany rooms I didn´t consider sufficient). Free wifi or limited (1 hour/day maybe?) would do great deal in a facility like this. As would do small things like no charge for towels - 50c/piece does not kill anybody but..hey guys, you are not THAT cheap.

Liked: It's a clean place, and the double room is quite big.

Disliked: It's near some pub so at night in some rooms it's difficult to sleep

Liked: Good location for the price, only a small and cheap bus ride from city center

Disliked: Bathroom facilities could be cleaner and more practical (ie more hooks to hang clothes and towels on)

Liked: Close to Starbucks!

Disliked: Twin room was slightly depressing with no windows, showers are too near reception!

Liked: Kitchen facilities, bathroom and laundry all very good.

Disliked: Noisy EVERY night due to the bar just outside the window. Paid extra to have a room with a window which meant you could hear the bar and all the people driving around and shouting outside it until 3am most night! Maori rap anyone?!!

Liked: Nice cheap enough twin room, good kitchen and internet facilities. helpful staff.

Disliked: Room had no window, although we did know about this before arrival. Meant that the room was quite warm and stuffy, particularly during the night. Fine for a short stay though.

Liked: Friendly staff..asian lady on desk!..nice!!..airport bus stop just 5 min walk from Hostal. Excellent Security!..Beds very comfy!

Disliked: Location was a bit of a trek from City Centre..On a big hill. Bedroom Walls are pretty thin, only 2 wash basins in mens shower room, but then for the price - u couldn't knock it to be fair!.was ok!

Disliked: The rooms are just cleaned when someone is leaving and my room mate stayed there for 6 weeks so it was a mess! No enough bathrooms on the floors!

Liked: Good central location, had its own washing machine for guests. Other than that, nothing to recommend it - had to pay for internet, no breakfast, reception didn't open until 8.30 and check-in wasn't till 1pm. We stayed for one night when we had just arrived in Auckland - for that purpose it was ok but wouldn't have stayed longer.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
