Customer reviewExtremely helpful hostel owner. Very clean hostel. Reasonably well located - close to supermarket, Ponsonby and Queen Street. Reasonably priced accommodation. Free internet and wifi in the rooms is an excellent benefit. Decent breakfast available for $8. Fairly easy to meet people here over breakfast etc. Not sure what Lonely Planet is on about - this is a very good place to stay in Auckland. |

Ingrid ErlerThe owner was VERY nice and went out of her way to help me with things to do here in Auckland - a very cheerful person. The facilities are just as nice as described and the bed was just awesome to sleep in. It's a nice quiet place to stay. Next time I'll stay longer :) |

Customer reviewComfy bed, good and cheap breakfast. Could do with a bit of maintenance work - door knobs fall off and toilet paper holders come off the wall. The hob doesn't work without a lighter but there is no lighter/matches there so we had to seek out someone who smoked. Only small things but annoying none-the-less. |

Customer reviewClean and secure. A little removed from the center but it's easily walkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay. p.s. one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. |
