 Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was safe, quite and in a convenient location. First time in NZ and this was a great welcome to the country.

when my electricity was found not to be working in my basic shared bathroom accomodation the staff were very helpful and upgraded me to a double ensuite room, which I was very pleased with. I would recommend paying the extra cost to stay in the nicer ensuite rooms as they are way better than the basic ones. Also liked the quieter location but close to queen street

nothing, the room had a bad odeur and looked cheap. A lot of hair in the bed. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and unintrested to help or answer any questions. But the nightguard was really friendly

Good location and a cross between a hostel and a hotel. Limited cooking facilities but a free breakfast and free tea and coffee all day.
