Welcome to Aspen House, a Budget Bed and Breakfast Hotel located in the heart of Downtown Auckland. We are but a stones throw from the CBD, Parnell, Auckland University, Viaduct Harbour, Britomart & Vector Arena. With our rates Continental Breakfast is included.

Aspen House combines the best of budget hotel and bed /breakfast type accommodation with a convenient inner city location.

Choose from single, double and triple rooms with shared bathroom facilities in the historic “House” area or private ensuite accommodation (rates on request).

Aspen House comprises 2 styles of Accommodation. Our Single, Twin, Double & Triple Private Rooms with Shared Private Bathrooms on each floor are great for those travelling on a budget and like their own privacy.
Our modern Double, Twin & Triple Ensuite rooms with own Shower & toilet, TV, Hairdryer offer that little added luxury after a long flight or a day out exploring Aucklands many attractions.
Aspen House has a spacious Guest Lounge & Dining Area with Kitchen, Large Screen TV, Internet Computers, Vending Machines & Tea & Coffee Facilities.
