Central location to main attractions - 10 minutes walk to city centre and skytower.
The only thing was that most of the showers in the male bathrooms were broken - the shower heads were missing and you only had one jet of water shooting straight out into your face.

It is near downton, not too expensive, quite clean, has good info about what to do and where to go in Auckland.
