 friendly staff and cheerfull atmosphere

The nice and quiet area,and the surrounding(Parks,Village).It is a peaceful place, and the owner are always very friendly and helpful.It is not a party place!There is everything which you need while you are staying in a Hostel.The only disadvantage in my oppinion was that the house is not heated.

Free internet was a godsend, as internet is pricey in NZ. David our host was very helpful, told us all we needed to know. Our double room was large and clean, with a fridge. Kitchen was a bit sparse on the utensils, but other than that it was servicable. Thanks David we had a blast.

The free internet is great and the staff are really friendly here. It is a lovely quiet location in a lovely building, but we found it a little too far away from town. A nice place though.
