Customer reviewElle was fantastic and really helpful - just what I needed after my 12 hour flight. The kitchen had everything you needed and more and it was a great place to meet people. The location is good and really central. A great starting place for new zealand. |

Customer reviewDefinitely not the best hostel I've stayed at but not the worst either. Bathrooms were a bit untidy.. It says on the Hostelbookers website that towels were included but they weren't. In the 4 bed dorm room you could only really lock 2 of the 4 safety lockers. Good location though and friendly staff. |

Customer reviewThis is easily the best backpacker that I have stayed in while I have been in NZ. The location, outside the center of town, is great and close to many different attractions. The staff are quite friendly and very adept in recomending different adventures around the city. |

Diarmuid O'Boylewhere its situated, in a quiet part of town close to three main buses routes ten minutes from the city. and also how friendly the staff were. if thay didn't know the answer they tried their best to find out!! |
