Liked: The hostel has a home like feeling, is clean and comfortable in a great location. The girl in reception was friendly and very helpful and I shall be staying at the hostel when I return to Auckland in April

Liked: Just outside of downtown Auckland, therefore a little quieter than how I would imagine other downtown hostels to be. Still very easy to get around walking or via bus, and nice small place to relax and still opportunity to meet new people.

Liked: Friendly staff and great bunch of people staying over. Kitchen is big and clean. Likewise the showers - a cleaning crew tackle them every morning. Mt Eden is a lovely, quiet place to stay. If driving, please note - not too much on street parking outside hostel. May have to park alongside neighbours. Mt Eden is a good village, full of interesting coffee shops and places to eat. Would strongly reccomend this hostel
