Oaklands Lodge backpacker’s accommodation is based in Mount Eden, Auckland which is a trendy, inner-city suburb close to bus routes and Eden park. We offer hostel accommodation for backpackers and independent travelers.

There is a 24-hour private shuttle company called Supershuttle which offers a NZ$30 backpacker fare and which can be booked from the free phones (dial 66) to the right of the Visitor Information area. They will drop you off at our door.
