Welcome to Purple Peak Retreat. We are a small and friendly surfing lodge and relax packers. Set on 33 hectares of pasture and native forest, we are located above Akaroa on the Banks Peninsula, East of Christchurch.

We believe this is a magical and unique part of the country and we welcome visitors from around the world. Our wish is to make your stay enjoyable and have you leave more relaxed than when you arrived. Hope to see you soon.

Accommodation Information

We have a sunny 5 bed dorm with all linen and duvets supplied and hot water bottles available if you wish.

The triple room has one double bed and two singles. All linen and duvets supplied.

The double room is in a spacious private caravan and also has all linen and duvets provided.
