Liked: really fun atmosphere... nice painted walls as well. some of the staff were really cool people who invited us out to some festival. i love that they also provided padlocks for the lockers... not like in some hostels where u had to buy them.probably the only downside is that there is no ladder to get to the upper bed. so avoid that if you have short legs like me.

Liked: everything was fine in our stay, despite the fact that we've booked a double room in hostelBookers and when we arrived in rotterdam they were all occupied as we had to stay in another room. ok, a 6 person room for 2people but not so confortable and nice as the private ones we've booked and payed for!the rest was all right, the bathrooms are very clean and the staff is nice and very wellcoming!

Liked: We arrived early to the hostel, and the staff was nice enough to let us into our room. They cleaned it really quick so we could put our stuff down and said they'd clean better when we were done (which they did.) The staff was more than happy to help us out with directions and gave us a free map with pictures of major sites so we could create our own tour without originally knowing anything besides the name. The internet is free if you have your own computer. The kitchen was didn't have an oven, however it did have a stove top. The bathrooms were separated and the rooms each decorated uniquely.

Liked: Well, the location was excellent.. Nearby the two restaurants for which we had made reservations.. also walking distance from the centre.. And the receptionist gave us a good map on which she highlighted some areas of our interest....Friendly staff, really warm and helpful!

Liked: Bar in the reception, themed rooms, nice location, god sized rooms, lockable storage under the beds, near 24 hour access, good breakfast, towels to rent.Very Smal shower cubicals (nowhere for clothes while you shower).

Liked: Love the Royal room with the lovely orange wall. I can look at the street from the room. The staff is friendly and I remembered that she can pronounce my friend's name very well (a lot of western people can pronounce well). I like the dog at the reception, very funny.

Liked: I felt completely at home at ROOM before I had even been there for a full day. The staff was extremely helpful and advised me on what there was to do in the city and what to do during the day and at night.

Liked: Real nice staff were friendly as well as useful. Rooms were large and airy. Very reasonable breakfast. All in all a good hostel, just a shame about the rest of the city...
