Rotterdam Apartment Skylight is a lovely apartment with a roof terrace, in a trendy and upcoming neighbourhood right next to the city centre of Rotterdam.

The apartment is situated at the third floor of a completely renovated apartment. The apartment features a living room with an open plan kitchen. From the living room you can enter the roof terrace. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and big closets. There is a bathroom, with shower and bath, and a separate toilet.

Services and facilities provided include a personalized welcoming map with city information of use, a welcoming bottle of wine with a little snack and coffee and tea.

The living room has a comfortable sleeping sofa, a flatscreen TV and DVD surround set. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a big dining table for four persons.

The apartment building has been redeveloped and is brought back to its original state with nice ornaments and other beautiful elements. The area is known for it’s typically Rotterdam atmosphere and is a popular place to live for the locals. In the area are many little cafes, restaurants, bars and specialty shops. The grocery store, pharmacy, parking garage and tram stop are all just right at your doorstep. The apartment location is within easy reach by car, close to the main roads. Public parking is still fairly cheap.
