Hotel Baan is a clean and comfortable hotel pleasantly situated on the Coolhaven with the historical Delftshaven in sight. A good position for the city centre. Our rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, colour TV, radio, phone with wake-up service and a hairdryer.

Hotel Baan is situated near the city centre and is within easy reach by car or public transport. The Coolhaven metro station is within a 200-metre walk and you can also use tram 4 which stops close by. There is sufficient parking available.

AHOY, the Dijkzigt Hospital, Erasmus University, Now Wow, the Luxor theatre, the Schellingscabaret restaurant, the Pelgrim brewery and the Netherlands Architecture Institute are within quick and easy reach of our hotel. The Euromast is within walking distance.

We are very nice located on the Coolhaven close to Euromast, Museum park, the Old part off Rotterdam Historisch Delfshaven, close to city center 3 metro stops in het hart of the city center of Rotterdam and aswell near by to AHOY .
