The location is good and very freindly staff . But the cleanliness of the place is not so great. Especially the toilet.
There is no locker to stor to your bag.
The dormn that i stay , the windows can't be close and it situated ground floor. It might invite uninvited guest to the room

not much. most expensive hostel we stayed in on our whole trip around europe and we slept in the basement with two clogged toilets and dirty showers. certianly not worth the amount of moneywe paid.

Marnix Hotel/Hostel is close to all the interesting spot to go and see and Amsterdam. Most of all the staff are friendly and helpful. Please extend my sincere thanks to Neil and Chan.

the staff were very friendly, and the house cat was very nice!
all in all a very nice hostel to stay at. i highly recommend it, if not only to meet the friendlt cat :)

welll is a good hostel. Very well located a few hundred meters from the leidsplain and not far from some of Amstedams main museums. If museums aint what you look for there is a "coffeshop" right across the street and a 15 minut walk to the redlight district. Not far from bars or night clubs. By the way if you book dont forget to greet the pet cat of the reception... is a funny animal
