Free breakfast is always good. Could get away with being fairly noisy without recriminations- always useful in Amsterdam.

there was a mistake with the bookings one of the nights we were staying, and the lady at desk was very helpful and offered us a replacement room which was private.overall a very nice place to stay for a weekend.

Great location within walking distance to most everything worth seeing. Internet available on a computer in the lobby. Opportunities to meet other travelers during breakfast and walking in and out.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable - there were no complaints about them from any of my friends. The room was a little small (6 bed room) and the stairs were awkward because they were so steep but other than that it was all good. The continental breakfast was nice and it filled you up. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend anyone to stay there (there is a pot/coffee shop right across the street which was great).

You got what hostelbookers promised and what you paid for. In total a nice stay including a good breakfast, clean towels.
