The staff was very personable and helpful... offered great advice on what to do and what to see... helped in planning tours of the old Dutch countryside and arranged for a taxi from the hostel to the airport...

the location was spot on right in the heart of the leidesplien and the different combinations of sleeping accommodation offered suited a wide range of traveller the rooms were serviced daily with clean towels left on a daily basis the staff were helpful and if you had any queries about travel or whatever they were only too happy to help you out.
