 this hostel must to improve very much the cleanliness of WCs

the lovely new girl in reception was so nice and up for a chat. i was english speaking everyone else was french or spanish so there was no conversation. but the hostel was great. not to far from the museums or iceskating rinks

The staff were helpful beyond their supposed service. I fell ill and they were nice enough to offer me tea and hail a taxi for me to the Central Station. Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

I like that it was well kept and clean. The Staff was very helpful and able to answer all questions that I had. They gave me all the maps and guides that I would ever need.
