Piotr WiechaVery nice location, 10 min. walk to the Rijksmuseum and at the very border of the Old City. Great value for money, friendly staff, simple but tasty breakfast, limited but sufficient facilities. The only complaint I had was that they really do have mice there and that one of them somehow got inside my bag at night and ate my favourite Galler chocolate I brought from Brussels ;( ;( ;( they warn you against leaving food in your room though, so as a matter of fact I'm the one to blame. Oh, and there's a coffeeshop just opposite the hotel, for all you weed-hungry folks ;) Anyways, I recommend Marnix since it's probably got the best price/quality ratio in town. |

Amy PouporeThe people are nice enough and the rooms clean enough. There is a room to store your luggage which they let us use for the rest of the day even though we'd already checked out. The cat is friendly. Mostly, the location is excellent and you aren't going to Amsterdam to hang out in your hostel so it's a good pick! |
