From Schiphol Amsterdam Airport
You can take the intercity train from Schiphol to Eindhoven or Nijmegen. Getout at station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA. The train ride costs € 3,50 for a single journey in second class. It will take approximately 15 minutes.
From Amsterdam Central Station
Take metro number 54 departing from Central Station. Get out at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. A 1 hr. ticket costs €2.80 and a 24 hr. ticket costs €7.50. Please note that the last subway departs at 00.24 at night.
To get to the hostel from station Bijlmer ArenA follow these directions:
From station Bijlmer ArenA take the exit next to the Starbucks. Go straight ahead over the big square. The square is surrounded by a big building where, amongst other things, the hotel 'Hilton by Hampton' is.
Just go straight ahead until you come across another square. This square is surrounded by stores (amongst them are WE, KFC a bank called ABN AMRO). On your left hand side you see a supermarket called the Lidl. Turn left there.
Once you turned left you will see a freeway before you (viaduct/overpass). Walk under the viaduct. You will also pass a library (called OBA) on your right.
Once you passed the library, look to your right and you'll see a green fence on the right hand side.
Go through the gate of the fence and you see the Zomixed sign (it's red/white). The building you will see is big, white with blue windows. It is five floors high.
This is the Frankemaheerd/Zomixed building. At the reception mention that you are a guest of Hostel. We are located at the fourth floor.
