Liked: It was amazing. The staff was very helpfull adding maps, and telling us places to go or where not to go, and explaining a little how it's Amsterdam. Near from everywhere, you'll wont need to take any bike, tram or anything, you can go by walking to everywhere from the apartment (main spot places like museums, red light, coffeeshops, etc...). The appartment was fully furnished and the only issue was the freezer wich didn't close, because it was full of ice... but we repaired it by disconecting it for a few hours and reconecting it again when the ice came down. A really nice place to stay, and very usefull to have your own time without anyone rounding ahead, or a great place to smoke freely.Sure I'll be back :D and if I can, I'll be in Amsterdam Cribs for sure ^^

Liked: So close to the centre of Amsterdam and the red lights and night life. It had a great atmosphere in the hostel and the room had an xbox for hours of stoned Halo. The guy that met us and let us into the hostel was very friendly and helpful and stocked the fridge full of meat and cheese and bread for free. All hostels are expensive in Amsterdam, but this was definitely worth the little extra for its location and atmosphere and quirky decor.

Liked: i was in one of the apartments, somewere in the middle of the red light district! everything in the rooms looks simple, but honestly.. thats maybe for the best! you can smoke everywhere, we had a little balcony and our apartment was on top of a really sweet little smokeshop in one of the little alleys! the people working there know what they're doing, definitly tell you a lot good stuff about the city and even show you around! we totally loved that place and its definitly worth its money! amsterdam is not cheap and this price is one of the cheapest you will get for 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with so much stuff (we even had beer and wine in the fridge - people leave stuff and it stays there) and hang out room with bongs on a shelf, a little tv and a radio and an xbox!also, and that actually surpised me ..everything seemed very clean, the linen felt fresh, kitchen, floors ..everything nice and shiny =)! and we also had towels on our beds!btw.. i think amsterdam was a beautiful city, so exciting and different, very pretty!

Liked: Really great staff, they were helpful and immediately gave us lots of info on where to go. They were also incredibly honest - I left my engagement ring there and they returned it to me without any hassle.

Liked: The location was great - right in the middle of everything. The guys who run it are really nice and gave us great advice. The atmosphere was ideal for younger travelers who want to meet people but also want a quiet place to sleep without the dorm-style sleeping.

Liked: Eric walked us to our own apartment then explained all the places we should visit on a map. We got round most of what he recommended and it was an amazing trip. The apartment was right in the red light district so there is lots to see just round the corner. Plenty of coffeeshops, hookers, bars and shops. Awesome
