Liked: Awesome hostel, the private room we stayed in was painted really cool, just like it shows on the website. I would absolutely recommend this hostel for staying in Amsterdam, it's in a great location, the staff it really helpful, and it's clean!

Liked: This is a fantastic hostel if you want to be at the centre of the action. Great atmosphere, and staff are very friendly and helpful. My friend and I stayed here for ten nights, and had a brilliant time.

Liked: Very good value for money! After staying in this hotel before it was given a make-over, (and thoroughly enjoying it then!) The Winston has somehow improved! over-all a wikid trip in the dam! we've booked again to stay at The Winston in 3 months!

Liked: Everything in St. Christopher's Inn is on excellent level (covered all my expectations). I'll stay here again and recommend this place to everyone who goes to A'dam. A perfect place to enjoy the city's cultural and night life and get into it's atmosphere :)

Liked: We had a lot of fun at this hostel. The bar is a good place to spend time and meet fellow-travellers. The bar staff are very friendly and fun.

Liked: It was quite expensive however this was made up for by its excellent location. We stayed in a twin private room which was extremely clean, the reception was always manned and the staff were helpful with any questions that we had. The one down side was the noise - our window waslooking over the street and at times it was like the glass wasnt there, the reception do offer free ear plugs, however sometimes even these were not enough to drown out the street noise - we couldnt hear anything from the bar (although we were on the 4th floor). Apart from that, overall I was impressed, and would probably go back.

Liked: Everything about the Hostel was fantastic, I genuinely can't fault anything about my stay.The rooms were excellent value for money, all of our rooms were clean with good beds and were very secure.The bar had free Wi - Fi, a great range of cheap drinks offers and a good selection of food available. You could also claim 25% off your food order with your room key making it an even better bargain. You also get a free breakfast if you stay at the hostel which was great too.The staff were brilliant. On the second night of our stay the volcano in Iceland erupted. Allan, one of the members of staff, allowed us to book rooms on a day by day basis as we had no idea when we would be able to get a return flight/ferry back to the UK. Without this, we would have really struggled in finding a bed and being able to get back to the UK at all. All members of staff were patient, happy and very helpful to us even though they were constantly busy and had to deal with difficult customers. Allan and all other members of staff are an absolute credit to St Christophers Hostels.I highly reccomend this Hostel and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Liked: I've stayed at 4 different St. Christopher's Inn hostel (Paris, Amsterdam, Bruges, London) and I've decided I will stay away now forever. Some are decent facilities but the hostel is generally loud, over-priced (compared to better hostels), and does whatever it can to rip you off in any of the other ways it can. I'd suggest elsewhere...
