location, staff, beds, BUT rooms with locked windows that go to a small, chimney-like patio which seems like a hole, and are ventilated through one little opening (tube). OR rather loud room (we switched from the first to the second room - to the street).

The friendly staff at the reception and breakfast. Alternative choice to get to your room. Exit signs clearly displayed. Good room ventillation. Clean sheets and room smell good. Corridor well lit and clean.

it had a great location, central to the dam and verrry close to the train station. was a good hotel to stay at during my last night in europe, but any other day i would have booked an 8 person dorm.
