Just a minute walk to Leidse Square in the historical centre of Amsterdam, you find Alexander's Bed and Breakfast at a beautiful Canal!
The other location you find in the heart of Amsterdam a few minutes walk from Central Station at Nieuwmarkt.

Practical information:
Location Leidse Square: On the first floor, with a beautiful view of one of Amsterdam’s canals you find an attractive non-smoking guest room. The room is light and you find the authentic beams in the ceiling. You can use the luxurious bathroom with bathtub and shower (shared for two rooms).

Location Nieuwmarkt: You reach the room on the third floor by elevator. The room is very light not only by the window but also by the skylight. The room has a private bathroom. Although the room is in one of the busiest places in Amsterdam you can enjoy the silence.

Location Leidse Square: The Leidse Square area is an ideal base for a visit to Amsterdam: lot of restaurants, important museums. Within a short walking distance you find: The Rijksmuseum, the famous Van Gogh Museum and the Concert hall. If you prefer a more modern kind of music, why not try out the Paradiso? Many of my guests make a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe - less than 100 metres away!

Location Nieuwmarkt:
The Nieuwmarkt is a very vivid place just near The Royal Palace on the Dam Square, Rembrandthuis museum, flea market, the Hermitage museum, Opera House, Zoo and the Red light district. You can reach all the important Amsterdam museums by a walk throught the old canal district.
