Customer reviewWi-fi runs through a proxy server, which is a bit dodgy if you're on a laptop. Be sure to change your passwords after you leave. Also had a run-in with some bedbugs. Pretty icky, but the manager handled things really well. These things happen occasionally, but it was still very itchy and YUK! |

Customer reviewinstructions to get to the hostel were quite clear but we took some time to figure out the streets when we first arrived so it got alittle confusing. the breakfast selection had an excellent spread. the wi-fi was down for the 2 days we were there, apparently it breaks down quite often. |

Customer reviewThe location is good, it is close to the centre of Amsterdam. There was a bathroom in the room, we did not have to share with strangers. Free internet, breakfast ok and we were able to eat in the dining area with our own food as well. |

Customer reviewit is located 15 minutes from central amstredam ,but tram 2 and 5 frequent..after late night u have bus but it hourly once! breakfast was excellent , staff r nice free internet added value !i think overall okej as a tourist ! |

Customer reviewIts was in a great location, clean & modern. Although some staff werent very friendly. 1st night 3 of us booked together and one was seperated as they overbooked our room. Bus timetable to airport is wrong. |

Richard Bergmannnice neighbourhood, rather central but not too crowded, breakfast ok, room very small, if your roommates behave like pigs, the staff isn´t able to compensate... and add some "i don´t know" buttons at questions 3 & 6! |

Customer reviewThe rooms were very tidy and clean although the bathroom could have been cleaner.Also there was no soap provided neither in the en suite toilets or in the general toilets.The beds were ridiculously creaky and made too much noise that woke up the people who were staying with us!Staff were beyond helpful and friendly.Overall great value for money and would stay again!Much recommended! |
