Super-hot radiators. generous breakfast supplies in the morning, lift to higher floors, most of the staff were very helpful. However, "24 hr" hot water ran out, and the beds were breaking! (Especially the top bunks). Overall the good outweighs the bad as a place to rest your head, but there were a few improvements that needed to be made.

everything is wonderful as amsterdam. this is my first visit to amsterdam if i will come again i hope to come amsterdam inn again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Most importantly, the room and bathroom were clean. Sheets and towels were also clean. There was almost no hot water in the shower however.

The hostel was ok but sometimes of the day the hot water is not available. breakfast was fine. the location was fine if you decide to rent a bike couse is not that close from the city center

well it is in a decent location i suppose as a tram ride from there to leidseplein is 5 mins, dam square 7 mins and central station 10 mins. or u can just walk which is pretty much wat we did and had no problems, you can learn amsterdam inside out in a few hours. place was clean although i was wih five of my mates (all boys) and we kinda trashed the place. u get fresh towels every morning and hot water. u get internet and free brekkie which is quality. good avice is to stack up on sandwhiches from the free breakfast and fill up bottles of water for free! (especially water as it is SO expensive in amsterdam).

Location was reasonable good, did not take too long driving bike or tram to the city center.
The staff was served ok, but they were not particurly polite or friendly.

Cheap, clean rooms with a nice flat screen TV. Breakfast was ok and located within walking distance of some of the better night spots in Amsterdam.

The staff are so friendly, NOT smoking smell in the room, the bed neat, clean and most important the early breakfast.....

It was really clean, the breakfast is huge and delicious and free, and the location is pretty good. For a hostel, nothing to complain about!!

Free Internet (although you can't read your usb drive here), Free breakfast, Clean toliet and hot tub. Just the location is a bit difficult to get to because it is located in the alley which needed 2 to 3 turns from the main road.
