Fresh linens and towels, rooms had private bathrooms that were clean as well. Beds were more comfortable than expected. The breakfast was included with room price and very good: fixings for sandwhiches, hard boiled eggs, toast with spreads, cereal, variety of juices, coffee, teas, and other breads. The location felt VERY safe as it was in a residential neighborhood, but a little far from nightlife attractions, and the tram stops running pretty early for partiers.

Its clean, good value, walkable distance from Leidsplain - perfect location for van Gough muesems. It fairly far away from Red Light district but we found that its only 10Euros in a taxi so not too bad really !!

Good breakfast, nice helpful staff. Nice rooms although the beds are very very close together - often touching. Great to have the ensuite bathroom though.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is really great and delicious. The free internet was very nice. The location near the museums is good.
