Disliked: No window in room. Too small room for 6 people. Heating on in a room of 6 man....

Liked: The private dorms were particularly spacious.

Disliked: The staff were rather under pressure, leading to queues. Breakfast was fine but it was a maze of people.

Liked: Convenient Location, Very good value for money. Would stay here again if ever returned to Amsterdam

Disliked: Carpets in corridors in dirty, stained condition.

Liked: Free towels provided, free breakfast. They have a lift so you don't have to walk up all the stairs. I arrived before check in and they put me in a room straight away. Staff were really friendly and helpful! Fans are in room, don't let other people in the room turn them off otherwise it gets hit in the room.

Disliked: Bathmats would be good as there is water on floor after. Rooms are a bit small-it is a backpackers though! Very happy with my overall stay. Room 211 was good.

Liked: It did what it said on the tin. nice and simple.

Disliked: i didn't get an answer as to why the balance to pay differed from my booking. My booking showed a balance of Euro344 to pay but was charged euro366. No real problem over euro20 but nobody knew why.

Disliked: Rooms were very small and no windows. Could not stay there and relax. Very very basic.

Disliked: Dorm beds are too close to each other, no private space.

Liked: Visitors' traffic and ever freindly staff. Lovely breakfast, too.

Disliked: Not much, except that the daily cleaning should be timely.

Liked: It was clean and perfect for a short stay in Amsterdam. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay as pleasurable as possible

Disliked: I found holes in my bedsheets but they were otherwise clean.

Liked: The breakfast was nice, lots of selection.

Disliked: Even though we booked the property months in advance and arrived exactly when we said we would, we were given the worst room in the building. They sealed the window so there was no ventilation in the room which caused the black mould that was all over the room. The shower was broken, the humidity was 100% (the beds were literally wet and everything was musty) and they couldn't change our room for two full nights. We had to sleep with the door open with two fans that we took from the front desk just to make it bearable. In the end everyone I was traveling with including myself became sick. It was a terrible start to our trip.

Liked: Nice breakfest, clean and well located.

Disliked: Walls are way too thin,and you can hear everything that happens around as if it was inside your room.

Liked: The atmosphere was nice. Having free pc's is always nice.

Disliked: The rest. We booked a double room, and they wanted us to stay in a four people room, for the same price. When we complaint, they said they were overbooked. 5 minutes later and other employee involved, they casually found a free double room! it's a miracle!! I was pretty upset for that, and the room they gave us... well, lets just say it didnt have windows.
