Liked: Great location, great price, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The room had an unpleasant smell and the windows couldn't be opened so it couldn't be aired out.

Liked: Very close to public transport and within walking distance of most things in the city if you can read a map.

Disliked: The beds where a bit squeaky but apart from that I thought it was fantastic

Liked: Near to public transport network

Disliked: Extremely dirty room and the first floor waqs very smelly. All I wanted was a clean and tidy place to stay and this was neither.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Horrible, please stay away. 1. Beds way too soft, bad for your back 2. Paper thin walls, good luck getting any sleep 3. Breakfast area too small and disorganized compared to the number of customers 4. Sill rules like "no food" that are not fully and fairly described on the website

Liked: Bed was comfortable.

Disliked: The smell of the hallway leading to our room was disgusting, and was only worse in the bedroom. There was no air con and no window so no natural light. The bathroom had a window that leaked. It was also a clear glass pane (could have a curtain or be frosted) that made me feel uncomfortable when in the bathroom as people that stayed in the houses across from the hostel could see directly into the bathroom. The staff were blunt, and we weren't told upon check in that breakfast was included. Also didn't like wifi only being available downstairs and was a weak connection. Directions to get to the hostel from the airport would have also been appreciated, as was difficult to find without!

Liked: Wifi and breakfast were good. The bedding was really nice- warm comforters and fluffy pillows.

Disliked: Rooms were super cramped, no space to put our luggage. No lockers for bags like most hostels, only safety deposit boxes that were too small for anything but wallets and passports. Our room had only one electric outlet for six people in the middle of the room, and I didn't feel safe leaving my Ipad there to charge overnight. There was only one dim light in the entire room so even in the middle of the day I had to use my flashlight to see anything near my bed. Also the single bathroom for six (5 girls) meant that myself and the two other people I was with were always waiting to shower or brush our teeth and ended up leaving the hostel quite late each morning. No one came to clean our rooms or empty the garbage during our three night stay, we ran out of toilet paper. The girl at the front desk when we checked in was quite friendly, but the rest of the staff were not- in fact, they seemed suspicious of us whenever we came into the hostel or asked a question. You are given a small paper card that is to act as ID to be let inside the building, it's quite easy to get wet or misplaced. The lounge area is not so much a lounge area as a room with some bar tables and stools and an old bar that I never saw in use. Not exactly a welcoming place to hang out.

Liked: Breakfast is great! Location is also great! It's next to the Van Gogh museum and Leidseplein, a bustling shopping/eating centre with Christmas markets. And a short tram ride from central. The area is also very safe and upper market.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Compared to the price, this is deffinately a place I would go again. They have everything you need! The place looks clean and for a hostel, the beds are really good! I like the safety boxes in the rooms aswell. Very usefull and a very good place to be + it only takes like 15 minutes to the centrum by food. 10/10

Disliked: Again, compared to the price, I cant find anything to say here.

Liked: free internet and breakfast, helpful staff, nice atmosphere, ensuite bathroom in each room

Disliked: location (could do with more central, perfect for public transport links though, walkable distance to pretty much anywhere.. if it's not windy and rainy)

Liked: Clean, Laid back and reachable. Very secure, Safe in your room was the best thing about the hostel.

Disliked: Free breakfast could have been better, but still there wasn't much to fault

Liked: It was really REALLY safe, and the staff made their rules quite clear regarding smoking outside the building only. They moniter the keys, and who is coming and going so I felt incredibly safe, and came back in December again because we enjoyed ourselves so much. The staff were SO helpful also!! And the free breakfast was one of the best I've had!

Disliked: Nothing comes to mind...

Liked: the breakfast room have microwaves, that allow you to heat the food you can buy on supermarkets to save some money. great staff, breakfast is also really good, and the rooms warm
