Liked: The staff are an asset to this hotel and a wealth of knowledge to its guests. The free internet was helpful, although more terminals or WIFI would be more convenient.

Disliked: The noise! Our private ensuite was next to a VERY noisy dorm with people coming and going all through the day and night. The breakfast was bland.

Liked: Located in a nice area with in easy reach of all amenities via the tram.

Disliked: We booked a dorm room for 8 and there were 5 of us, would have been better to have a triple and twin. The corridors were smelly - Body Odour and musty. Take flip flops for the shower! You don't need to, but it would have made it more pleasant for me!

Liked: The hostel is close to trams, anf it is easy to get around with the trams. Close to museums, leidesplein and rembrandtsplein. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere at the hotel was good. A good experince, and we would like to stay there again :)

Disliked: The breakfast wasn't very good - there was only white bread - not satiating! There were moisture spots on the walls on the room, and when we still had not gotten any towels by the second day we had to ask for it, eventhough it was included in the price (the next day the cleaning lady took the used towels from our room, and did not leave new ones)

Liked: We stayed for three nights in the Inner Amsterdam.The hostel was just perfect for me.The location is near to the entertainment..The breakfast was a little bit boring.The room was very quiet, but not very clean..

Disliked: the showers

Liked: The hostel itself is lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with clean bedding throughout the whole of the stay. Staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Showers were clean, powerful and just what you needed after a long day walking around the beautiful canals! All in all 10 out of 10. expect us back next time!

Disliked: Nothing, it did everything it said it was going to do and have had a lovely stay.

Liked: i liked how clean it was, and the staff were very helpful. It was a unique place.

Disliked: it was a bit of a walk to the city centre but to make up for that it was by van gogh museum.

Disliked: The dorm is too small and toilet was blocked. It is a typical backpack place.

Disliked: very small room very 2 people. and a bit far away from the train station, although trams are available to connect to the location.

Liked: It was very close to the museums - and very close to the bus stop to Schiphol. The room was spotless when I first arrived.

Disliked: It was not that easy to follow the directions to the property.

Liked: The property was situated in a good location.

Disliked: It didn't have any atmosphere, and there was no social activities to get people meeting each other. The size of the rooms - It wasn't value for money!

Liked: It was clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was also decent.

Disliked: Our room was more like a jail cell, there was no window, it was very hot, and literally less than 100 square feet for 6 people. It was also incredibly loud, people yelling and running around at all hours. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Liked: really good breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff :) The rooms are quiet too as the hotel is not in the busy center

Disliked: the shower was a bit strange, but in general everything was fine

Liked: very close to all the museums and tram and several nice restuarants!

Disliked: the rooms however comfortable the beds were a little squishy, maybe 5 or 4 people per room instead of 6?

Disliked: My shower was broken, the heating was broken, my room was next to a very very noisy door (not because of other people, buy because of the door it self).

Liked: It was safe and secure as well as being very full of facilities for a hostel including a bar, daily breakfast and clean rooms.

Disliked: Its a little out of the town centre but is still very accessible by the very cheap and regular trams throughout the city.

Liked: The price, compares to other places is very good. Excellent location near to the museums and easy transport to the centre and to the airport and staff very helpful and friendly

Disliked: The double room en suit was tiny with no wardrobe or other storage facility at all. Only space enough for the bed. We were repeatedly provided with towels for one person only. The central heating was very noisy when on high. Doors to the floor dangerous

Disliked: Very anti-social environment, no kitchen to prepare dinner in, not even a sink was available or water.
