Liked: Hostel staff was friendly, accommodating, and the room was fine. Wifi was great, not a lot of noise, bed was reasonably comfortable, etc. Can't think of anything to complain about for this one.

Liked: All the personel is very friendly you could ever imagine! Great help, for everything. The location is nice, you're quickly within the centre. The price was really good, especially because we got a perfect breakfast as well! İt is good time for breakfast at 09:00 I like this time beaucause somewhere it is so early like 07:00 ıf you wanna make holiday, you don't want to get up early like me

Liked: I am so sorry I cannot remember his name, but the main receptionist/owner was so amazingly lovely! He always had good suggestions and made me feel at home. He even upgraded my room for me for free when my locker didn't work! The free breakfast was pretty good, and the rooms felt really secure - they had electronic keys at all the doors. The hostel was in a really nice spot - literally right next to a tram stop (though Amsterdam is so flat and small that I only ever used the tram when I had my luggage and walked everywhere), and across the road from a bunch of great restaurants (the Japanese and Italian is amazing).

Disliked: The bathroom was quite small and you needed to be careful where you put your clothes to make sure they didn't get wet. Though I met people, there wasn't a common room, so it wasn't a very social hostel. And, like all of Amsterdam, it was relatively pricey. But nothing really hampered the enjoyment of my stay, so, I would still recommend it.

Liked: loved the stairway nice and friendly staff

Disliked: the bathroom- shower water running everywhere which isn't really great especially you need to share the room with other people; you cannot get changed inside the bathroom 'cause everything is wet beds seemed a little bit unstable

Liked: breakfast was ok

Disliked: no real communal area, extremely cramped, private bathrooms are two single "rooms" less than 1 sqm in size without a fan or window in the toilet, so u get the smell of poop and piss in the bedroom. beds are very small. sheets are stained and with holes in them. they lowered the rates on the day of arrival and when I asked for some reduction and/or upgrade, they told me that this is bad luck for me noticing and they gave me a locker that other people got anyway and I still had to pay double (and expected me to be thankful for that) . very bad customer service and I would never ever stay there again and I would strongly advice everybody to stay someplace else.

Liked: It's near the city center, you can reach dam square in 20 minutes by foot, as well as landsplain, or taking tram n. 9 you'll be in the center in 6 minutes. The owner is kind and the breakfast is quite complete (bread, coffee, milk, butter, cereals, jam, ecc.)

Disliked: The room and the beds were not very clean. The room was also very small, just two bunk beds and no space to move inside. The door lock of the balcony was broken and the balcony was in common with the next room (so they could enter our room).

Liked: Braekfast is very nice, staff is heart warming,not far from most places of interest, plenty of cafes, pizzerias, chinese restaurants in 1 mni from hostel, there is also one russian shop) wireless internet for free. what is else needed?

Liked: the bed was actually pretty comfortable, if you are lucky they might let you use the microwave. heavy duty safe. good if you want to get away from the dirty center of the city.

Disliked: the staff were pretty useless if you want info. the toilet and shower where filthy and did not get cleaned at all while we where there for 4 days. the breakfast consists of stale bread, warm milk and crappy cereal with some jam.

Liked: Place was clean, great view from the apartment, tv and computer access for free. I would recommend this place to everyone! Check in was fine, the meeting spot was easy to find, just make sure you read the email correctly, some other people found it hard. The hostel workers are really nice and friendly. Mattress was really comfy (compared to some other places in Paris).

Liked: Hostel was in a great location; easily within walking distance of all Amsterdam's attractions. The staff was very helpful/friendly, and provided much appreciated advice/maps to the city.

Liked: only 15 Min walk from the center of Amsterdam where you can find restaurants and great shopping , it is clean and the stuff are helpful

Liked: Breakfast included, friendly staff, easy to get to location (once you figure out the trams), beds clean, and safes included inside the rooms.

Disliked: The stairs were intimidating to go down, but thankfully I never fell. Or saw anyone else fall. But I think that's more of a Dutch stair problem than this hostel in specific.
