Customer reviewThe hotel is at a central location, just 5-10' from Dam Square and Rembrandtplein, but also a quite one. Also, there is a very cosy atmosphere inside. I really liked the room. |

Customer reviewProblem with credit card payment. The credit card machine was out of order! At least that's what they told me because I doubt if there is a choice for credit card.. Broken glass window in the room. I had to close it with a towel!!! No elevator in a hotel of at least four floors.. Small wooden stairs. Like stairs in a lighthouse.. Only one person can pass at a time!! I almost fell trying to carry my luggage on the third floor.. Everything is made of wood.. You know old house etc..etc.. Good for the atmosphere but If the building catches fire everybody's dead.. Overall it cost me 315 euros double room for 4 nights in Amsterdam (270 + 15 euros city taxes + 30 euros hostelbookers + the bank surcharge because I had to raise the money from the bank because of the problem with the credit card). That is almost 85 euros a day. With that money you can surely find a far better hotel in the same area.. There are so many better options in Amsterdam believe me.. |

Heroina TelakuThis is a great hotel if you want a central location and ensuite room for a low budget. We had an overall good experience. It could use some investment in the interior and the furniture, but if you will only sleep there it won't matter all that much. |

Customer reviewLocation was good. Staff was friendly. Place to relax after crazy amsterdam night. Not a good place for backpackers who want to meet travelers from around the world but that's is not the purpose of an Hotel. For that, stay in an hostel. Rooms where clean as the rest of the Hotel Recomended to sleep only. |
