We had a TV and wash basin in our room, the location was great as it was close to good tram links so it was easy to get around. The close parks were great for an afternoon or evening run. The house cat was a nice touch.

good breakfast, spreads, egg, cheese, cereal, juice. 2 second walk from tram, very friendly and out of their way helpful staff, kitchen, all very nice, definately stay here, comfy beds premade,

Friendly staff and free internet/wifi and also no smoking allowed (which I like), museums are closeby, but lock on door didn't work on first floor as well as shower on the first day I arrived
