All cancellation are required to be notified to Hostel annemarie 2 x weeks (14 days before arrival day prior to arrival date (not arrival time), after that there is a 100% charge of the total cost.

In case of no show, your credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost.

Cancellation and changes at and after arrival date will be charged 100%!!

There is a minimum 2 night stay at the weekend- fri/sat.
Please be on time for check-in or contact us if you are going to be late.
We accept cash only for payment on arrival

Prices do not include the 5% city tax.

Cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date.

To make sure that all our guests enjoy their stay:
Any bookings of stag nights, hen nights or sport tours, soccer fans for (inter)national matches and large groups of males or females ( 8 persons or more) will not be accepted.
